Where is MusiCity.com located? 

MusiCity.com is wholly owned by the Innes Business Group, Inc. incorporated in the state of Florida. It is a private corporation. Our principle office and warehouse are located in Mount Dora and Eustis, Florida (near Orlando) and we have affiliated warehouses throughout the US predominantly in Tennessee, New York, New Jersey, Texas, Connecticut, California, Illinois, Mississippi, and Missouri. Our mailing address is PO Box 1963, Mount Dora, FL 32756. Our principle warehouse shipping/receiving address is 252 West Ardice Ave. #431, Eustis, FL 32726.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Your order will be shipped from various warehouses throughout the United States. Some items will be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Are the MusiCity.com warehouses open to the public or for personal pick up?

Our warehouses are staffed with shipping and storage personnel and there are no sales people. Our warehouses are not open to the public or for personal pick up of your item.

Does MusiCity.com accept Purchase Orders?

Yes, from schools, school districts and churches. You must first establish a credit relationship with us. Please email info@musicity.com or call 1-800-777-7871 and speak with one of our customer service representatives to let us know you are faxing a purchase order. All purchase orders must be emailed, faxed 352-383-6033, or mailed to our corporate office. Please call us first if sending a fax. A customer service representative will call or email you back to confirm receipt of your faxed purchase order. As with every customer a credit check will be performed for purchase orders. For purchases exceeding $500 a credit card hold is required for authorization in most cases. For fast delivery send a check with a mailed purchase order or place the order with your credit card.

Does MusiCity.com have open on-going accounts?

Yes, we can bill schools, school districts, churches and other not-for-profit organizations if you fax your purchase orders into us. Please call 1-800-777-7871 and speak with one of our customer service people to let them know the faxed purchase order is coming. However, there is no free freight on billed orders. Our free freight option is given only on pre-paid orders. All billed accounts are to be paid in 30 days with no finance charges. Invoices not paid within 30 days will begin to accrue finance charges of 2% per month.

Does MusiCity.com Match Prices?

We do our best to offer low everyday prices. If you find a better price, and wish to see if we can beat it, please call one of our customer service people for more information toll free at 1-800-777-7871. Does MusiCity.com offer extra discounts to Not For Profit Organizations? Depending upon the size of the order, MusiCity.com can give an extra discount on orders over $1,000.00. Please call one of our customer service people at 1-800-777-7871 for more information. We will need to have a copy of your certificate sent to our office. Please call before faxing.

Is what is on the website the only items available?

We strive to offer the best products available to musicians today. There are literally tens of thousands of products available in the music industry. Every day many items are added, redesigned or repackaged, while others are discontinued. The MusiCity.com web site contains only a fraction of what is available to our customers. We are constantly monitoring the products on our site, adding new, deleting items that are no longer available, and revising others. On the rare occasion that you purchase an item that is no longer available we will contact you to recommend a suitable replacement. Your credit card is not charged until we are sure we can provide the item. Pay Pal customers will receive an immediate refund if we can not provide you with the item you ordered or you have not agreed to our recommended replacement. If you do not see specific musical instruments or accessories you want to purchase, please call one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-777-7871 or email us. We will find the item and quote you a price. Will MusiCity.com charge me sales tax? Only individuals ordering from the state of FLORIDA will be charged sales tax. If you are a Not-for-profit organization in the state of FLORIDA and have faxed us a copy of your tax-exempt certificate, you will not be charged state sales tax. All individuals and organizations outside of the state of FLORIDA will not be charged sales tax.

How is my privacy and security protected while shopping on your site and after I leave the website?

The information collected on this site is only used to service your account and ship your order. We take every precaution to ensure that your credit card information is secure. On our checkout page where you will enter your credit card data, you will notice the change in the URL from http to https designating a secure web page. We utilize SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the industry standard security protocol. All of your ordering information is encrypted using this secure server for maximum security. We also use a secure server technology, which safeguards your online order by requesting authentication for server access, encrypting private information, and protecting the integrity of your data, your login and password information.
